The Friends of Music supports the following activities and opportunities:
- Cabaret Concert
- Sponsorship for students accepted into the NYSSMA Conference All-State Music Festival
- Sponsorship for the Elementary, Middle and High School Musicals
- Senior scholarships
- Summer music enrichment scholarships
- Musical guest artists, clinicians, groups for school assemblies and clinics
- Special music equipment purchases (Music Technology Lab, Bell Choir Chimes)
- T-Shirts for high school band members marching in the Memorial Day Parade
- Flowers to recognize graduating seniors at the High School Spring Concerts
- Financial assistance for music field trips
- Special donation of a piano at the Elementary School.
